Terms & Conditions

• The campaign is valid until 31.05.2026 for cash or installment purchases of 5,000 TRY or more made at Ipekyol stores, the website, and the mobile application using the TKPAY digital card.
• Within the scope of the campaign, users can earn 500 TRY cashback on purchases of 5,000 TRY or more made with their TKPAY digital cards.
• For online purchases, users can complete the transaction by entering their TKPAY digital card details on the payment page. For in-store purchases, users can complete the payment by using the “QR Payment” feature of TKPAY Wallet and scanning the QR code displayed at the checkout.
• Each customer can benefit from the campaign only once per month.
• After the payment is successfully completed, the earned cashback amount will be loaded to your TKPAY Wallet no later than the 15th business day of the month following the month of the transaction.
• In case of product cancellation/return or failure to meet the campaign conditions, the cashback benefit will be invalid.
• In such cases, if the cashback has already been loaded to your card, it will be deducted; if not yet loaded, it will not be granted.
• Cashback earned within the scope of the campaign cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
• Ipekyol and TKPAY reserve the right to suspend the campaign or make changes to the campaign terms.
