Terms & Conditions

• The campaign is valid until 31.05.2026 for rides taken through the BiTaksi application using the TKPAY digital card.
• The maximum discount that can be earned is 200 TRY.
• The campaign is limited to 5,000 users.
• The campaign is valid for the first ride taken with TKPAY within the BiTaksi application. To download the app: https://bitaksi.go.link/hTi6F
• Each user can benefit from the campaign only once.
• The campaign is valid only for yellow taxis operating in cities where the BiTaksi application is active.
• After the payment is successfully completed, the earned cashback amount will be loaded to your TKPAY Wallet no later than the 15th business day of the month following the month of the transaction.
• In case of service cancellation/refund or failure to meet the campaign conditions, the cashback benefit will be invalid.
• In such cases, if the cashback has already been loaded to your card, it will be deducted; if not yet loaded, it will not be granted.
• Cashback earned within the scope of the campaign cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
• BiTaksi and TKPAY reserve the right to suspend the campaign or make changes to the campaign terms.
