Terms & Conditions

• The campaign is valid until 30.06.2026 for purchases made through IKEA.com.tr and the IKEA Türkiye mobile application using the TKPAY digital card.
• For online purchases, users can complete the payment by entering their TKPAY digital card details on the payment page.
• The campaign is valid only for online purchases of furniture and accessories, excluding delivery, assembly, and any additional services.
• The cashback amount will be calculated only for furniture and accessory products, after deducting any gift vouchers, corporate card discounts, and similar promotions.
• After the payment is successfully completed, the earned cashback amount will be loaded to your TKPAY Wallet no later than the 15th business day of the month following the month of the transaction.
• In case of product cancellation/return or failure to meet the campaign conditions, the cashback benefit will be invalid.
• In such cases, if the cashback has already been loaded to your card, it will be deducted; if not yet loaded, it will not be granted.
• Cashback earned within the scope of the campaign cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
• IKEA and TKPAY reserve the right to suspend the campaign or make changes to the campaign terms.
